Novlet Amichele Green-Deans currently serves the Environmental Health Foundation and the EHF Resource Development Limited, in the position of the Chief Executive Officer and also a member of the Board of Directors.  She is responsible for the effective leadership of her team and the strategic direction of the Company.  She also serves as a Director of the following affiliated companies:

Eden Gardens Wellness & Lifestyle Limited;

R & D Commercial Holdings Limited – parent company to Pelican Publishers and Biotech R & D Institute.

Novlet’s professional experience spans approximately 23 years in the field of general management and administration, as well as strategic management and corporate planning.  Her former roles at EHF Group, included having served as Group CEO and General Manager. 

 Novlet, who serves as a Director of the American Chamber of Commerce (Jamaican Chapter), holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Distinction) in Professional Management from the Nova Southeastern University (Florida USA) and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of New Orleans (USA), as well as post graduate certification from the Harvard Business School and Wharton Business School (USA). 

 She holds scholastic membership in the:

  • Alpha Chi, National College Honour Society, Florida Eta Chapter;
  • Sigma Beta Delta, Nova Southeastern University Chapter.

A Past President of the Rotary Club of Liguanea Plains as well as a Paul Harris Fellow, Novlet is totally committed to Rotary’s mantra – Service above Self.

 She is married to Jermaine St. Clair and has a daughter, Kenisha.
