Oral Shaw

Mr. Oral Shaw is an International Business Management Professional/Consultant with over 25 years of experience in senior/executive management in public and private sector environments, and a Consultant to several bilateral and multilateral agencies, private and public sector agencies in the areas spanning: business/strategic planning, strategy development, project/proposal development, project/program management, financial management, risk management, public sector modernization, small business development, local government reform, community development, human resource management, capacity building, institutional strengthening and organizational development.

He currently serves in several non-governmental organizations, including United Way of Jamaica, EHF Resource Development Foundation (formerly Blue Cross of Jamaica Limited), and the Agency for Inner-City Renewal (AIR).

He holds an MBA in International Business and Strategic Management from the University of Bradford, UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Small Business Administration and Policy from the Turin International Centre in Italy, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona.

Mr. Shaw, a Chevening Scholar, is also a Fellow of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
